About Me
Hey! I’m Steven. I studied Nutritional Science and Kinesiology at the University of Hong Kong, and now I’m studying Physiotherapy. But my journey started long before that, back when I was a handball player representing Hong Kong.
During those years, I was overwhelmed by all kinds of advice—different training methods, confusing nutrition tips, and injury prevention ideas. I didn’t know what would actually help. When I started bodybuilding, the confusion didn’t stop. I had so much information but couldn’t figure out what really worked for me.
So, I decided to figure it out myself. I started reading books, studying research, and learning the real science behind fitness and health. Slowly, I built my own way of thinking, using science to guide me instead of just following what others said. That’s when I realized I wanted to help others avoid the same confusion I went through. I created this website to share what I’ve learned. I take complicated science and make it simple. Whether it’s training , nutrition, or physiotherapy, I break down the facts into easy tips you can use. This is the place to find real answers without the confusion.
I also founded AquaWellness, where I’ve helped hundreds of clients reach their goals—whether it’s building muscle, losing weight, or improving overall health. I’ve represented Hong Kong in handball and competed in bodybuilding, placing in several competitions. I’m also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Sports Nutritionist (ISSN), and Personal Trainer (ACSM).
Most of all, I believe in thinking for yourself and questioning the myths out there. Don’t just follow what others say—be a thinker. Through my content on YouTube, Instagram, and podcast, I share simple, science-backed tips that will help you make real progress in your fitness journey. Let’s make health and fitness easy, together.
